P2F Weekly Written Programs from $25 per week


P2F weekly written programs are a range of personalised training programs for those athletes / clubs that would like more definition to their own individual training program or a club looking to take its members to the next level. No matter what your training goals, our qualified coaches will personally design a range of training programs that allow you to simply get out of bed in the morning, check your training session for that day and train.

If you would like to get more out of your training sessions and you would like the convenience of being able to contact a coach at anytime to get personalized feedback that will help you achieve your goals.

By signing up to sports coaching online you will receive the following:

  • Personalised training programs for beginners to advanced levels will be sent to you via email. These programs will be specifically designed around your ability and goals.
  • Technique and core drills which will include strength & conditioning routines.
  • Personalized coaching (feedback) via email.
  • Fitness and performance tests.
  • 1-on-1 feedback via Web Cam.
  • Video analysis for advice on technique.
  • Possibility of personal visits depending on location.
  • Strength & conditioning programs.
  • Access to a Sports Nutritionist.
