Introduction Session – Gold Coast / Brisbane


All new P2F clients are encouraged to attend our 90min plus Introduction session. This session is designed to give you every piece of paddling information so we know what areas you need to concentrate on. This session will include:

  1. Correct paddle set-up
  2. P2F Technique & Balance Ball Exercises (Normally sold separately for $50)
  3. P2F Dry Land Exercises (to improve leg drive, seating position and shoulder movement)
  4. Correct leg length on your ski
  5. Correct paddle stroke
  6. Practice leg drive on your ski
  7. Practice paddle stroke on your ski
  8. 20 min paddle to bring everything together

If you would just like to attend this session and no further sessions that is fine. We would be happy to show you what we know and hopefully you are able to pick up some new skills.


Gold Coast – Monday – Saturday (Saturday 9-11am only)

Brisbane – Wednesday mornings from 6:45am
