Our training program philosophy is based on Dr. Philip Maffetone method where the focus is on improving slow twitch fibres to improve endurance as well as speed. Our principle is the 80/20 where you training 80% of your time at 80% of race pace and 20% of the time at 105% of race pace.

With over 30 years of competitive racing and coaching, we have 1000’s of individual training sessions for you. We work off a 4 week macro-cycle with a easy, medium, hard and recovery micro-cycles. Through our 10 years of full-time coaching, it is our belief that this micro / macro cycle is the best for any athlete looking for week on week gains.
