P2F Gold Coast / Brisbane Squads & Payment Options as at 1st January 2017




Introduction Session $180 90mins to 2hrs. Includes P2F T shirt and hat
One on One Sessions $90/hour 60 mins+
Squad Sessions GC $25 / session / BRIS $30 / session 60 – 90mins
Gold Coast Discounts   10 sessions for $150  Minimum one session per week

Weekly Written Training Programs 

Individuals – $25 / week paid monthly

Clubs – $50 / week paid monthly

Gold Coast Squad Sessions

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:00-6:30am @ either Christine Ave or Miami SLSC

  • $25 / session
  • 10 sessions for $150 (minimum one session per week)

Brisbane Squad Sessions

Every Tuesday and Thursday 5:15am until 6:30am, Ross St, Newstead

  • One session per week – $30 / session (includes travel costs)
  • Two sessions per week – $45 / week

Post the squad session we are happy to run 1-1 sessions at either 6:45-7:45am or 8:00-9:00am. These sessions are $90


Programs: A personal weekly program will be emailed to you. All sessions will be designed around you achieving your goals. Unlimited means we will write you a program with as many as 15 sessions a week if you wish. Unlimited will also include athletes training for the Coolangatta Gold.

Squad: Unlimited means you can attend all weekly sessions offered by Paddle 2 Fitness. Sessions include: ski, board, swimming, iron, gym, cross training. P2F currently offers over 20 sessions a week. This will also include athletes training for the Coolangatta Gold.
