P2F Technique Exercise
At best we can only spend 60-90min on the water 2-3 times a week. This is not enough to be able to change your technique so P2F have come up with these exercises you can do it home every day with a set of 2-4kg dumbells
- help keen your arms up
- help lift your exit arms up at the correct angle
- help rotation
- help leg drive by removing water and balance
- help keep shoulders down through the pull to so active your lats during the whole stroke
