Gold Coast Squad Sessions (per week)
One session $20 *(extra sessions will be charged the casual squad rate)
Up to three sessions $40 *(extra sessions will be charged the casual squad rate)
Unlimited sessions $60 (includes being emailed weekly program)
Programs: A personal weekly program will be emailed to you with either 3-4 or unlimited sessions on it. All sessions will be designed around you achieving your goals. Unlimited means we will write you a program with as many as 15 sessions a week if you wish. Unlimited will also include athletes training for the Coolangatta Gold.
Squad: Unlimited means you can attend all weekly sessions offered by Paddle 2 Fitness (Gold Coast). These will include AM, mid-morning, midday and PM sessions. Sessions include: ski, board, swimming, iron, gym, cross training. P2F currently offers over 20 sessions a week. This will also include athletes training for the Coolangatta Gold.
