PADDLE 2 FITNESS TRAINING SCHEDULES

All Paddle 2 Fitness areas train for the same program so when paddlers travel to one of these areas they don't miss out on sessions. 

All P2F coaches have been trained by head coach Julian Norton-Smith so paddlers will be taught the same fundamentals.

  

Gold Coast

Full Time Coaching Service for all Levels

Monday to Fridays 5am till 5pm and Saturday 5am till 12noon
